Happy Mother's Day from Phillips Fundamental Learning Center! On Friday night, May 2, Phillips Fundamental Learning Center welcomed more than 500 guests to its first-ever sold-out Annual Garden Party & Benefit. The evening was dedicated to raising critical scholarship funds to support students at this internationally accredited center in Wichita that specializes in teaching chidlren with dyslexia. Seventeen years ago the event originated just ahead of Mother's Day in honor of the courageous mothers of children with dyslexia. Friday's event was held at PFLC's Frank Lloyd Wright- inspired award-winning campus in east Wichita.
